Paralegal

Role and Responsibilities:

• Providing quality contracting and related advisory support autonomously to the business. This includes but not limited to reviewing and negotiating standard contracts, amendments, termination agreements, novation & assignment agreements, schedules, statement of works, task orders, purchase orders, and compliance issues, and related advisory as may be required.
• This role requires an independent and a broad-based provision of legal support to global R&D pharmaceutical and global health transactions.
• Incumbent is expected to foresee any legal risk associated with the pharma commercial contracts being supported and mitigate the same by taking appropriate measures by referring to internal guidance and adopting to pragmatic approach.
• Collaborate with and provide counsel to numerous relevant R&D procurement and global health stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant GSK policies and SOPs and timely completing the mandatory trainings required for the role.
• Being aware of departmental guidance on best practices, processes, templates, clauses, and playbooks.
• Communicates directly with business clients and participate in general business meetings, teams and pharma commercial projects as required to provide timely, effective legal advice.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year experience as a paralegal with strong communication and written skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours as this position supports global business in different geographies.
