Commis (Indian & Continental)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis (Indian & Continental) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented on time, meeting customer expectations.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine, including ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
