Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our Travel Division in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail travel sales, a passion for customer service, and the drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with walk-in customers and provide customized travel solutions.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable domestic and international travel packages.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and build lasting relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure smooth post-sales coordination with the operations team.
  • Promote and upsell travel products and services to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the travel & tourism industry.(Will be a plus )
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Goal-oriented with persuasive selling abilities and a positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
