Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. VM Execution

  • Ensure timely and high-quality implementation of all in-store VM elements across retail formats.
  • Execute seasonal, promotional, and tactical visual campaigns as per brand guidelines.
  • Implement window displays, product launches, in-store graphics, and visual refreshes in alignment with marketing calendars.

2. New Store Launches & Renovations

  • Lead VM execution for new store openings and renovations.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of collaterals, props, fixtures, and signage.
  • Ensure stores are VM-ready for launch in collaboration with Projects and Retail teams.

3. Vendor & Material Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for on-time production, sample development, and quality checks.
  • Manage vendor timelines for installations and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and grow vendor database with performance tracking.

4. Calendar & Planning Adherence

  • Follow the VM execution calendar aligned with marketing and business strategies.
  • Provide proactive inputs to ensure all visual elements are delivered and installed before campaign go-lives.

5. Budget and Cost Control

  • Work within approved VM budgets for all campaign and store-level executions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and submission of invoices, and follow up on payments with finance teams.

6. Reporting & Audits

  • Share regular execution reports with photos and status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct store audits to ensure VM standards are maintained across the network.
  • Address deviations and provide corrective action plans.

7. Team & Store Training

  • Train store teams on basic VM upkeep, stock presentation, and brand visual guidelines.
  • Ensure store staff understand campaign objectives and VM standards.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of retail VM operations and execution
  • Knowledge of materials, print production, props, and installation techniques
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
  • Strong vendor management and cost control experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across geographies simultaneously
