As an AI Solutions Engineer – Ops & GTM Intern, you'll be at the forefront of building AI-first automations and agentic workflows across Finance, Operations, GTM/Sales, Marketing, and Support. Your work will directly remove manual toil, improve reliability with maker-checker controls, and accelerate GTM velocity. This isn't just an internship—it's an opportunity to ship high-ROI solutions that touch critical business functions and scale with impact.

What You'll Own

  • Problem discovery: scope high-leverage challenges, measure baseline time/error, and define clear success metrics
  • Build & ship automations: combine LLMs, rules, and human-in-the-loop design with retries, alerts, and audit trails
  • Systems integration: wire up APIs/webhooks across CRM, support desk, billing, finance, DWH, Slack/Email, and internal DBs
  • Monitoring & QA: instrument logging, dashboards, rollbacks, and post-launch validation to ensure robustness
  • Documentation & enablement: create playbooks, runbooks, and owner training so solutions stick long-term

Who You Are

  • Final-year or recent engineering/quant grad (CS, ECE, Math) OR self-taught builder with shipped automations
  • Hands-on with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, Pipedream) and have shipped real flows
  • Comfortable with APIs/webhooks (REST, OAuth2, JSON) and tools like Postman/Insomnia
  • Working knowledge of LLMs (prompting, tool/function calling, RAG basics, safety/PII hygiene)
  • Scripting ability: Python or JavaScript for utilities; basic CLI & Git fluency
  • Data comfort: SQL/spreadsheets, error handling, retries, and queueing patterns
  • Evidence of bias-to-ship: hackathons, GitHub repos, Loom demos, build-in-public projects with metrics (time saved, error reduction)
