Senior Software Engineer

India – Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Senior Software Engineer
, you will be part of a global, distributed Agile team, working on modern technologies and solving complex business challenges.

What We Do

  • Build
    cloud-native applications
    using Open Source and Microsoft technologies across multiple cloud platforms.
  • Modernize
    legacy monoliths
    into highly scalable,
    microservices-based distributed applications
    .
  • Deliver projects using
    Agile best practices
    while embracing
    DevOps culture
    .
  • Develop
    integration frameworks
    for 3rd-party vendor applications.
  • Create
    modern, responsive web applications
    for real estate services.
  • Build and deploy
    mobile apps
    (native / React Native) for iOS and Android.
  • Implement
    Continuous Security, Integration, Deployment, and Monitoring
    .

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and test scalable application frameworks.
  • Deliver
    high-quality software
    by adopting best practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Implement
    unit tests, container build checks, and API tests
    ("shift-left" practices).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    complex data, system, and software issues
    in production.
  • Design and implement
    strategic partner integrations
    .
  • Evaluate and recommend new
    platforms, tools, and technologies
    .
  • Provide
    technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship
    to peers.

Required Technical Skills

  • 3–5 years
    in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable distributed applications.
  • Frontend frameworks:
    ReactJS, AngularJS (with NgRx)
    .
  • Backend:
    NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot
    .
  • Databases:
    SQL Server / PostgreSQL
    ,
    NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch)
    .
  • Hands-on with
    Microservices / Event-driven architecture
    .
  • Messaging:
    Kafka
    or similar queue-based systems.
  • Cloud migration & development on
    AWS / Azure
    (APIs, web services).
  • Docker
    and orchestration (
    Kubernetes / Docker Swarm
    ).
  • CI/CD pipelines
    and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Git & GitFlow
    for version control.
  • Experience with
    AI-assisted tools
    (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
  • Agile/Scrum experience.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have

  • Azure DevOps, SonarQube, monitoring tools (e.g., statsd).
  • Hands-on experience with
    GenAI or ML-based solutions
    .
  • Test automation experience.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics
    , or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–7 years
    of relevant professional experience preferred.
