Job Title: JBPM Architect Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 6+ years Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joiners

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned JBPM Technical Architect with over 6 years of experience in designing and implementing BPM solutions using JBPM and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, microservices architecture, and business process modeling, and will be responsible for leading the technical design and delivery of BPM solutions across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of BPM solutions using JBPM (version 6.x/7.x).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices for BPM development, deployment, and integration.
    • Design scalable and maintainable microservices-based solutions integrated with JBPM workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Integrate JBPM with rule engines like Drools and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Optimize performance and scalability of BPM applications.
  • Participate in migration projects from legacy BPM systems to JBPM.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in BPM and open-source technologies. Required

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in JBPM (Business Process Management), BPMN 2.0.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Drools, BRMS, and rule-based systems. Driving Digital Transformation with Co-Innovation | Bounteous
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
