Role Objectives:

  • Develop and execute creative social media content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

  • Support the strategic direction for brand awareness and online engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, write, and edit high-quality posts, captions, stories, reels, and videos across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content for multiple brands, ensuring consistency and relevance.

  • Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to optimize content performance.

  • Monitor social media metrics and generate reports to track growth and engagement.

  • Respond to comments and messages, growing each brand's online community

  • Stay aware of the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices for maximum impact

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (preferred).

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in popular social media platforms and basic design/photo/video-editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools)

  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual content suited for the Indian market

  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple brands' social calendars simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with short-form video and reel creation for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Understanding of SEO basics and analytics tools for measuring content effectiveness

  • Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work are a plus

Work Mode:

Full-time, on-site (Ajmer, Rajasthan).
