Job Title: Training & Development Executive (Sales & Product Enablement)
Department: Sales / Marketing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and independent professional to take ownership of sales and product training across the organization. The person will act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring everyone is equipped with the right product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand training needs and deliver relevant sessions
Create and maintain product and sales pitch materials, including technical explanations, videos, and presentations
Conduct regular tests and assessments to evaluate employees knowledge, skills, and performance
Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning modules to improve team performance
Support all verticals—sales, pre-sales, channel partners, and customer interactions—with training resources
Track and report training effectiveness, sharing regular ESS (Employee Skill Status) updates with management
Ensure all team members achieve high proficiency (10/10) in sales, communication, and product understanding
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Preferably from a Civil Engineering or Technical background
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training or Learning & Development
Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Understanding of customer psychology (needs, desires, fears, frustrations)
• Ability to design and execute structured training modules
• Comfortable with creating video content and learning materials
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
