Role & responsibilities

  • To ensure the overall safety and security of the factory premises, employees, materials, and assets by implementing and monitoring effective security systems, procedures, and manpower management. Responsible for supervising guards, monitoring access & CCTV, ensuring asset protection, and handling emergencies.
  • He should respond quickly to security incidents, accidents, or emergencies; coordinate with local police, fire department, or other authorities when required.
  • He should ensure compliance with Factory Act, Safety norms, and company policies.
  • Support fire safety drills and emergency preparedness.
  • Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among employees.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Ex-Serviceman preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial/factory security operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
