Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Co-Founder at HUMkadam, located in Muzaffarnagar. The Tech Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the company, leading development projects, and managing the tech team. Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, implementing new technologies, ensuring system efficiency, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. The role also involves collaborating with other co-founders and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in software development, coding, and system architecture
• Experience with project management, product management, and team leadership
• Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
