Thanks to their modular design, they can also becommissioned individually. SpecialtiesSolar Development, Engineering,Procurement & Construction ("EPC"), Operation & Maintenance("O&M"), Independent Power Producer ("IPP")Location:Headquarters: Hamburg, GermanyIndia Office: BangaloreGeneralInformation Job Title: Electrical Engineer / Sr. Electrical Engineer –D&EReports to: Manager – Design and Engineering Job Purpose: Therole is to be responsible for preparation of Detailed engineering documentsincluding Layout, SLD, Design documents for AC and DC sizing, SCADAarchitecture, Detailed BoM and Plant performance verification afterinstallation of the solar plant.  Description of the roles andresponsibilities ·       Single point responsibility for project engineering during detailedengineering phase for Ground / roof mounted solar systems by doing Detailedsystem design, arriving at optimum generation data, preparing layouts, bill of materialand SLDs as a part of submission to customer in coordination with ProjectManage.·       Responsible for correct plant performance estimation and arriving atoptimum Bill of Materials.·       Preparation of As -built drawings and providing plant performance forhanding over the project to Operation and maintenance.·       Responsible for obtaining necessary inputs from internal / externalcustomers for designing optimum solar system and attending customer meetings asand when necessary.·       Responsible for smooth transfer of information to Projects / SCM / QAand O&M and other customers.·       Responsible for on time preparationand submission of documents for execution of the project. Skillsand tools·       expertise in MS office package·       expertise in running PVSYST·       working knowledge of Helioscope, AutoCAD & Google SketchUp·       Should have bird's eye view on entire solar system including civil andstructural elements of the solar system·       Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – English andHindiJob Dimensions:No.Of reports: NoneFinancialResponsibilities: NoneEducation:Diploma / BE in Electrical EngineeringExperience:3 to 5 years of total work experience in Design and Engineering with minimum 2to 3 years in the solar industry.
