ASM was established in 1993 by the Apeejay Education Society with the goal of creating a center of management excellence for the 21st-century business environment. The campus is located in Institutional Area, Sector 8, Dwarka, New Delhi
It offers a full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact lectures in core and elective Marketing subjects at the PGDM level (Proficiency in teaching subjects such as Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning, Database Management with SQL, Data Science and Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Data Mining.
- Design, update, and continuously enhance curriculum content aligned with emerging industry trends and AICTE guidelines.
- Undertake research that contributes to knowledge advancement, which should support original publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (SSCI, Scopus, ABDC, and other national and international journals).
- Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical approaches integrating real-world industry applications to ensure that graduates are always industry-ready.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and other research work bearing focus on practical learning and analytical rigor.
- Mentor students to achieve academic excellence, professional development, and holistic growth.
- Actively contribute to institution-building activities, policy development, and academic planning initiatives.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities related to student affairs, academics, or administration as assigned.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven academic and research credentials with participation in reputed conferences and scholarly forums.
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, student-focused, and committed to mentoring future professionals.
- Effective presentation and public-speaking abilities.
Education / Experience Requirement
- MBA in Business Analytics, or MBA with Specialization in Business Analytics, or MCA or M Tech in Analytics or MSc in Analytics, with First Class or equivalent.
- Ph.D. in Management or Business Analytics or Data Science from a recognized university will be preferred.
- Two years of professional experience after acquiring masters degree
- At least 3 research publications in SSCI or Scopus listed journals are desirable
