About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using or NestJS on the backend and on the frontend.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack — from designing robust APIs to deploying and maintaining applications on AWS EC2 — and should have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf, Bolt, or similar to boost productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using (frontend) and / NestJS / (backend).
  • Build clean, maintainable RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components seamlessly.
  • Work with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS EC2 or similar cloud environments.
  • Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Windsurf, Bolt, GitHub Copilot) for faster prototyping and productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with strong focus on performance and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable.
  • Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience in with frameworks like NestJS or
  • Solid experience in with functional components and hooks.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of API design principles and microservice architecture.
  • Basic experience deploying applications on AWS EC2, S3, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf, Bolt, GitHub Copilot).
  • Good understanding of Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, etc.).
  • Familiar with Docker or containerized deployment (good to have).
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Good to Have

  • Experience with TypeORM / Prisma.
  • Knowledge of serverless functions (AWS Lambda).
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
  • Experience in unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Awareness of AI integration in apps (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
