Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineers in Mechanical or Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team at Axium Global Pvt Ltd.

This opportunity allows engineers to support expanding our presence and working with top MEP and design firms across the US, UK, Australia and the Middle East focusing on innovative design solutions and collaboration

As a Graduate Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, design and execution of diverse projects within the AEC sector, gaining valuable hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

We will provide in-house training on Revit and AutoCAD to support your skill development during the job .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of design drawings, specifications and technical reports.
  • Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling and cost estimation.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation and progress reports.
  • Contribute to the optimization of existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and design practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
