Position Overview:

We are seeking a female Day Care & Play School Coordinator who is experienced, dynamic and passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage staff, children, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the daycare and play school
  • Supervise and support teaching and care giving staff
  • Maintain communication with parents and address their queries
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and operational standards
  • Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events for children
  • Work collaboratively with school management for smooth functioning

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in preschool/daycare management
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Warm, confident, and child-friendly demeanour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
