Job Title: Cosmetics Manufacturing Chemist – Senior Level
Location: Panchkula
Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Cosmetics Manufacturing Chemist to lead and manage our cosmetics production operations. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving product consistency and innovation in line with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day cosmetics manufacturing operations.
Ensure adherence to GMP, quality standards, and production schedules.
Supervise formulation, blending, filling, and packaging of cosmetic products.
Conduct in-process checks to maintain batch quality and consistency.
Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and procurement teams to meet production goals.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability of batches.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and recommend process improvements.
Train and mentor production staff in best manufacturing practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in cosmetics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, production equipment, and quality regulations.
Knowledge of safety standards, GMP, and statutory requirements for cosmetics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Based on last drawn salary + hike, depending on interview performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
