This Opportunity

As a data inputs indexer, you will support the fund administration process by reviewing emails between Opus and its clients or third parties and taking appropriate action to ensure timely communication and action, and timely acquisition of data inputs for NAV production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor centralized inbox and various portals for incoming data inputs, from external parties (typically clients or their third parties)
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data inputs received from external parties.
  • Act as a point of contact for coordination with various departments, clients, and external providers to facilitate data acquisition processes
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data handling and confidentiality.
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for data management and communication.
  • Quickly address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data inputs to minimize impact on NAV production timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data acquisition processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce turnaround times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • You have an eye for detail and the ability to read, review and document large volumes of data accurately.
  • You have the ability and desire to make processes more efficient.
  • You ideally have knowledge of fund administration and/or fund services.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You are adept at learning and using new software.
