Pre Sales/Sales Support Executive

Nos. of Opening: 06 (Six)

Department: Sales/Customer Relations

Location: Greater Noida West/Indirapuram

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a cordial relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Assist the sales team by providing necessary client information and feedback.
  • Brief potential clients about property projects, offerings, and features.
  • Schedule property site visits and ensure a smooth experience for clients during these visits.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for event planning, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support in organizing customer engagement activities and events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • A customer/client/guest-centric approach and a keen eye for detail.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus) with pleasing personality (Preference given to Male & female Both candidates)

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.

Qualification : Graduation

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Real Estate Background Preferred

Minimum 03-06 Years of Experience
