Role Overview : Responsible to execute & monitor work. Ensures quality standards are met. Ensures Labor & material are well planned .Managerial skills: Planning, monitoring and scheduling work, Technical Expert, Expert in construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent charge of the Project under the guidance of Zonal Manager & control of the management for a new Project.
- Authorities for input submission through Zonal: a) The Director, b) Architect/Structural / MEP Consultant for finalizing the drawings.
- Check points in Preliminary drawings
- Before starting the actual work, get approval of the Managing Director through the Zonal Manager.
- Infrastructure set up to start new project
- Preparing a Bar Chart as per priorities & commitment in brochures & get it approved, from the management through the Zonal manager.
- Project Manager shall get introduced to the contractor/ contractors selected by the management for every item and shall judge his capacity & capability in regards to quality & timely completion of work.
- To give regular feedback about the manpower, material, tools and plants, machinery, etc. to the management.
- He should control all the activities at site in association with the project team and control & guide them in terms of Quality, Time & Material management.
- In consultation with the Zonal Manager, he shall distribute the work reasonably to the Project team
- He shall avail training to the site staff for proper execution & supervision at site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
