Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell Is Seeking a Senior Manager To Lead Firmware And Host-side Software Development For The Marvell's CXL Product Line—cutting-edge Solutions Designed To Address Memory Bandwidth And Capacity Challenges In Modern Data Centers. As Part Of The CXL Firmware And Software Team, You Will Drive Development Across Structera A And X Families

• Structera A: Near-memory accelerators that enable optimal compute and memory scaling.
• Structera X: Memory-expansion controllers that maximize performance and support sustainability goals.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, product management, and customers. You will be responsible for delivering robust firmware and software solutions that power next-generation memory infrastructure.

What You Can Expect

• Lead and manage a team of firmware engineers involved in the development of CXL and PCIe End Point devices of Marvell.
• Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of software for Marvell .
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical background.
• Contribute to the development of project goals and schedules.
• Demonstrate leadership and execute projects across a highly distributed engineering team
• Work with various cross-functional groups such as Architect, other development teams, QA/Validation, System Test, Product Management, Product Documentation, Customer teams
• Collaborate with teams across various sites.
• Responsible to mentor and train the team
• Manage the engineering resource allocation.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in computer science/ computer engineering
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
• Known track record for developing embedded system
• Lead teams with more than 5 people.
• Lead teams for developing pcie endpoint devices
• Debugging experience in embedded environments.
• Good knowhow of embedded systems and RTOS
