Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC machines at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (Turning, VMC, HMC, etc.).
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the spare parts and design teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Provide technical training and support to customer operators and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure all service activities follow EHS and company safety standards.
  • Support new machine trials and reconditioning projects when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance, electrical circuits, PLCs, and drive systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer site support.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics
  • Experience: 2–5 years in CNC machine service or maintenance (preferably in precision engineering or machine tool industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
