Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Interior Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Interior Sales Manager will also oversee project proposals, coordinate with the design and execution teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through smooth project execution. Account management, networking, and market analysis will also form an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management, especially in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Interior Design trends, Space Planning, and Custom Design solutions, including Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical abilities for Market Analysis and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and project execution teams.
  • Relevant education in Business Management or a related field, with prior experience in sales or project management being advantageous.
