About the Role

We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in
Ruby on Rails (RoR)

and 

to join our growing technology team. This role is open for both
full-time hybrid  employees

and
freelance/project-based developers

, depending on availability and  interest. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying 
scalable web applications

, working across backend APIs and dynamic front-end  interfaces for international projects (primarily US-based clients). 

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications (Mission Control App, API  services). 


• Build secure and reusable
APIs & business logic

using Ruby on Rails. 


• Develop dynamic and responsive
front-end interfaces

using ,  TailwindCSS/Bootstrap. 


• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ensure query  performance. 


• Implement caching, background jobs, and real-time features using Redis &  Sidekiq/ActiveJob. 


• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployments on
Heroku/AWS

and  containerization with
Docker

. 


• Maintain high standards of code quality and version control using
GitHub/GitLab

.


• Coordinate tasks and updates effectively on
Basecamp

.

Requirements


• 4–10 years of proven experience as a
Full Stack Developer

. 


• Strong expertise in
RoR and

(must-have). 


• Understanding of REST APIs, database design, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with
background jobs & caching mechanisms

.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, AWS/Heroku) is preferred. 


• Ability to work in a
hybrid setup

(Kolkata office) or as a
freelancer

for international  projects. 


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
