Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This on-site role, based in Gurgaon, involves driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, presenting to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. The candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding its market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
  • Proven ability in Relationship Building and Client Engagement
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Self-motivated with excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Familiarity with the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
