Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer
to join our team. The role involves designing engaging
creatives
, strengthening brand identity, and creating impactful
catalogues and marketing collaterals
. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and experience in digital and print design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets for
    social media platforms
    (static posts, reels, ads, stories, banners, etc.).
  • Work on
    branding projects
    , ensuring brand guidelines are consistently followed and evolved.
  • Create
    catalogues, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
    for both print and digital use.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visuals.
  • Research and apply the latest
    design trends
    to keep brand communication fresh and innovative.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
    (preferred).
  • Proficiency in design tools like
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and Figma (added advantage)
    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    social media creatives, branding projects, and catalogue design
    .
  • Understanding of
    color theory, typography, layouts, and branding principles
    .
  • Ability to
    think creatively and convert ideas into visually appealing designs
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    motion graphics/video editing
    for social media.
  • Knowledge of
    UI/UX basics
    for digital branding.
  • Prior experience in
    advertising agencies or digital marketing companies
    .
