We are seeking a
DevOps Engineer
with more than 2 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. This role is central to automating and securing the infrastructure that powers our research and live trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain
    AWS infrastructure
    for research, backtesting, and production workloads.
  • Build and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    for C++ and Python applications to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
  • Automate provisioning and monitoring for
    colocation environments
    , including server deployments and low-latency system tuning.
  • Implement and enforce
    cybersecurity best practices
    across both on-prem and cloud systems.
  • Manage
    LDAP/Active Directory
    for centralized authentication and fine-grained access control.
  • Partner with developers to optimize build/test pipelines for
    performance-critical C++/Python codebases
    .
  • Automate infrastructure tasks using
    Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
    .
  • Ensure
    high availability
    and proactive monitoring of mission-critical trading systems.
  • Respond to incidents, perform troubleshooting, and deliver long-term preventive solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
    , ideally in finance, trading, or other high-performance domains.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of
    AWS services
    (IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Solid experience in
    Linux systems administration
    and networking fundamentals.
  • Practical experience with
    CI/CD tools
    (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience managing
    LDAP/Active Directory
    environments.
  • Knowledge of
    cybersecurity practices
    — IAM, intrusion detection, encryption, vulnerability management.
  • Proficiency in scripting with
    Python and Bash/Shell
    .
  • Familiarity with
    C++ build systems
    (CMake, Bazel, Make) and Python packaging/deployment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to
    low-latency trading infrastructure
    and exchange colocation.
  • Knowledge of
    specialized NICs and time synchronization
    (ExaNIC, Solarflare, PTP).
  • Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • AWS or security certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Security+).
