Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a designer at Mittal Technologies, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our digital products. You should be passionate about user-centered design and have a strong portfolio to back your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (not mandatory but a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in a startup or tech company
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
