Role Overview

We are seeking a
technically strong and analytical engineer
who can approach complex problems with structured reasoning and precision. The ideal candidate should be passionate about
solving challenging technical issues
,
writing efficient code
, and
understanding systems
at a detailed level rather than relying on surface-level automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement efficient solutions for technical problems.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and identify root causes in complex systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize system-level features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in
    C/C++ and Python.
  • Work with embedded boards, sensors, and communication protocols for integration and testing.

Must Have skills

  • Excellent
    problem-solving
    ability with a
    logical and analytical
    approach.
  • Strong
    debugging and troubleshooting
    mindset, capable of pinpointing root causes.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in
    C/C++
    and
    Python
    , with the ability to write maintainable and optimized code.
  • Familiarity with
    algorithm design
    and
    data structures
    .

Good to Have

  • Experience working with
    OpenCV
    for image processing.
  • Hands-on experience with
    embedded boards
    such as
    ESP32
    .
  • Understanding of
    communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART)
    and
    sensor integration
    .

    without understanding the underlying logic, architecture, or implementation is discouraged.
