An engineering graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience, in which at least 5 years handling QSD function in Hydrocarbon industry.

• Understanding the requirements and quantities take off as per marking and IFC drawings.
• Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets from RPMS
• Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.

• Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
• Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and achieve value for money.
