Role Overview

As a Senior Manager – DevOps, you will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and reliability frameworks. You'll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure that our AI-driven platforms are secure, scalable, and continuously available. You will set the direction for DevOps strategy, mentor engineers, and drive a culture of automation and operational excellence.

The person you're

  • Proven experience managing and scaling DevOps or SRE teams in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Strong background in networking, security, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Passionate about automation, reliability, and enabling developer productivity.
  • Based in Chennai with the ability to collaborate with distributed teams across regions.
