What You'll Do

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using
Python
(FastAPI/Django)

Design, optimise, and manage
MongoDB schemas
for maximum performance

Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to deliver
end-to-end features

Maintain
CI/CD pipelines
and containerised deployments (Docker, GitHub Actions)

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems for speed and reliability

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of backend development experience with
Python

Strong expertise in
MongoDB
and REST API development

Familiarity with
Docker
, Git, and CI/CD workflows

Understanding of asynchronous programming and task queues

Ability to
own features from design through deployment

Bonus Skills

Experience with
real-time systems
, IoT, or edge devices

Exposure to
computer vision
or video analytics projects

Knowledge of
Redis
, message queues, or pub-sub systems
