Their responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining product displays, restocking shelves, handling price changes and returns, operating cash registers, and updating sales records.

Sales Advisors are expected to resolve customer complaints patiently, monitor sales trends, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet targets.

They should have excellent communication and consultative sales skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of their products and services.

The role requires being proactive, organized, and customer-oriented to drive revenue and secure customer satisfaction consistently.
