Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager based in Agra. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellence in customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer satisfaction, ensuring efficient workflows, and addressing any operational challenges. The role also involves training staff to maintain high standards and fostering a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to enhance guest experiences
  • Excellent Communication abilities to facilitate interactions with staff and customers
  • Operations Management expertise to ensure the efficiency of processes and workflows
  • Proficiency in Training and mentoring staff to maintain high-quality standards
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing floor operations
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
