Location: Kangaroo Kids International Preschool, Sector 49, Gurugram (5-minute walk from Sapphire Mall, Orchid Petals)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support holistic child development.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and share regular updates with parents.
  • Support the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth of every child.
  • Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and educational field trips.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues.
  • Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teaching / Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young children and nurturing their growth.
  • Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude.
