We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Infrastructure Service Delivery Projects.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager - IT Infra Service Delivery, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects. This includes planning, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and within the set parameters.
• Budgeting Planning & Automation: Oversee budgeting processes, implement automation tools for cost tracking, and ensure financial efficiency in project delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, implement contingency plans and handle escalations effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Change & Incident Management: Oversee service changes, incident resolution, and maintain SLA commitments.
• Strategic Initiatives: Identify new opportunities, support business growth, and contribute to innovation.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all the projects comply with IT Governance Policies, Procedures and Regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring that the project objectives are met, and any deviations are addressed promptly.
• Identify and Leverage Upselling Opportunities: Proactively identify potential upselling opportunities within existing projects by understanding client needs, proposing additional services or enhancements, and collaborating with the sales team to present value-added solutions that align with client goals and increase revenue.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential risks, service disruptions, or technical issues and drive timely resolution. Provide structured problem-solving during incidents or escalations, ensuring minimal business impact.
• Critical Thinking: Lead critical discussions and take ownership of resolutions in ambiguous or high-impact scenarios.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, data centers etc)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITIL) and latest project methodologies (Hybrid, IPD, VMO)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time.

Mandatory Certification:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• ITIL Foundation

Preferred Certification:

• Agile/Scrum Certifications
• Infrastructure & Cloud (Role-dependent)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate OR
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
