Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, social media, and campus drives.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Support pre-onboarding and joining formalities.
- Onboarding & Documentation
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
- Coordinate induction programs and orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee files and HR database.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting HR communications, newsletters, and notices.
- Act as a point of coordination for employee queries.
- HR Operations & Payroll Support
- Help with attendance and leave tracking.
- Coordinate with payroll team for inputs.
- Support in HRMS data entry and reporting.
- Compliance & Policy Support
- Learn and assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
- Training & Development
- Help in identifying training needs and arranging training sessions.
- Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Fresher / 0–1 year experience).
- Good understanding of HR concepts and labor laws (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
