Early is a GLP-1-focused HealthTech startup reimagining weight loss and metabolic health in India. We're building the future of preventive medicine, one science-backed transformation at a time.

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our fast-moving founding team. If you're someone who lives on Instagram but thinks like a strategist, loves writing but also enjoys pitching creative ideas on the go-this role is for you. Expect to contribute from Day 1, learn by doing, and create content that drives real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Write blogs that turn complex health science into clear, engaging content
  • Support social media content creation
  • Work on content strategy and GTM strategy
  • Help with creative execution and posting
  • Assist in building partnerships, giveaways, and collaborations
  • Work on scripting videos and interviews
  • Contribute to campaign planning and performance tracking

Who You Are

  • Pursuing a degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or similar
  • A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for content trends
  • Comfortable with fast turnarounds, ambiguity, and startup chaos
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills
  • Passionate about health, content, and building something from scratch
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Premier Pro, Photoshop etc. is a plus
