Location: Hyderabad Branch

Position: Branch Manager

Experience: 3–8 years in Sales / Team Handling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele sales executives.
  • Drive daily sales performance and achieve branch revenue targets.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies.
  • Plan and execute local marketing & customer engagement activities.
  • Conduct training, reviews, and performance evaluations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in Sales / Team Management / Branch Operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to deliver results under deadlines.
  • Experience in matrimonial, banking, insurance, or telecom sales preferred.
