Job Description:

·Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation

· Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.

· Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line.

· Management of petty cash transactions.

· Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate, entries into TALLY..

· Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

· Maintaining accounts system.

· Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed.

· Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.

· Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed.

· Accounting Entries :-

  • Purchase

  • Sales

  • Journal Entries

  • Bank Receipts & Payments

  • Knowledge of TDS

  • Working Knowledge of Tally ERP
