Job Position : Warehouse Manager

Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech or Diploma or Any degree

Experience : 5+ Years

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a textile warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance. The role involves maintaining a safe and organized environment, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective coordination with suppliers and customers.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Inventory Management:* Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory using FIFO, and conduct regular stock audits.

  • *Order Fulfillment:* Oversee the picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders, ensuring quality and accuracy.

  • *Team Leadership:* Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure high performance.

  • *Warehouse Organization:* Optimize storage, organize products, and ensure safe handling of textiles.

  • *Safety & Compliance:* Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • *Reporting & Technology:* Utilize WMS for tracking inventory, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.

  • *Supplier & Customer Coordination:* Work with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any customer concerns.

*Required Skills*

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in textiles or manufacturing.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Knowledge of textile storage needs and safety regulations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
