Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with fluent English communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and providing information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company services clearly and confidently.
  • Handle customer queries and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Update customer information in the system.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills, and patience.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
