Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in building and deploying Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and integration of GenAI solutions into enterprise applications. This role requires both technical depth and innovative problem-solving ability to drive AI adoption across business use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI/LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications.
- Work on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) approaches.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare, clean, and optimize datasets for training/fine-tuning models.
- Integrate AI models with cloud platforms and enterprise systems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI/ML functionalities.
- Research and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.).
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Owners) to deliver AI-driven applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI projects.
- Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Falcon, etc.), embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Hands-on with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for AI models, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
