Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining updated knowledge of real estate market trends. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide personal guidance to clients throughout their property search journey.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
