- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Collect and verify insurance and billing information.
- Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff.
- Manage wait times and inform patients of any delays.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
