Senior Front-End Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Front-End Developer with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Designers, and Development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality web interfaces while following industry best practices and coding standards. Experience in AEM content authoring is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using HTML and CSS.
  • Ensure all web pages are mobile-first, cross-browser compatible, and WCAG-compliant.
  • Take ownership of project deliveries, timelines, and launch readiness activities.
  • Define and follow coding standards and best practices for front-end development.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and team leads to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Understand and contribute to the end-to-end web development lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) for content authoring and updates (if required).

Required Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first approaches.
  • Experience in creating pixel-perfect UI aligned with design mockups.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to set and maintain front-end coding standards.
  • Strong communication, planning, and task management skills.
  • Good understanding of AEM Content Authoring workflows.
