Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or equivalent
  • 5-7+ years in software development, ML/AI engineering, or architecture roles
  • At least 23 years specifically in AI/ML Solution Architect or SME roles involving full SDLC responsibility

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face
  • Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and deployment architectures (on-premises, cloud).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, DevOps patterns) Knowledge of AI-enhanced SDLC tools and techniques like test automation, code analysis, and NLP-based documentation.
  • Awareness of explainable AI (XAI) methodsLIME, SHAP, etc.—to incorporate transparency and governance into AI workflows
