Role Overview: The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business needs and technology execution. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring that the product design meets both business and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working in the trading or fintech domain.
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for the technology team.
- Assist in preparing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new features.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure testing covers all functional requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of delivered features and suggest improvements.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in capital markets or fintech domain.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating them into technical deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
