HappyLocate is simplifying relocations across various services like house shifting, pet relocation, office moves, and house search assistance. Established in 2016, HappyLocate uses advanced technology and customized solutions to ensure efficient management from planning to post-move support, covering over 16,000+ pin codes and 50+ Countries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Regular & Accurate accounting and Book Keeping.
  • Coordination and Liaising with Statutory Auditors.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information required by Management for the review of Company performance.
  • Preparing MIS and other reports on financial performance, viz. monthly profitability, cash flow statements, turnover & quarterly result.
  • Ensuring that timely payments are made to / received from creditors / debtors.
  • Preparing periodical cash flow statements
  • Analysing reports and highlighting or flagging off unusual numbers or trends, which are likely to have significant impact on management decisions
  • Implementing systems, policies / procedures and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control.
  • Formulating & Presenting Budgets & Quarterly revised forecast or Latest Estimates
  • Providing sophisticated financial modelling, financial analysis, analysis of key business trends & Comprehensive senior management level explanation of variances & trends.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and raise invoices on time to ensure healthy cashflow
  • Ensuring 100% compliance on all the statutory actives including GST, TDS, PF, etc.

Requirements

  • Qualified CA/CPA/ICWA/CA Inter with 2-3 years of relevant experience across finance and accounting.
  • Extensive Hands on experience in Tally
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.

Bonus (Good-to-Have)

  • Knowledge of international payments and accounting.
