Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Payments Executive to promote and onboard businesses to our digital payment ecosystem. The role involves identifying potential merchants, explaining digital payment solutions (UPI, QR, POS, etc.), onboarding them, and ensuring active usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and approach potential merchants (retailers, SMEs, service providers) for digital payment solutions.
  • Pitch and explain benefits of using UPI, QR code, POS terminals, mobile wallets, or other digital payment systems.
  • Complete merchant onboarding, documentation, and activation.

Merchant Relationship Management

  • Build strong rapport with merchants to drive adoption and usage.
  • Provide training on how to use the payment system, mobile app, or dashboard.
  • Resolve merchant queries or issues post-onboarding and ensure satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of digital payment systems (UPI, QR, POS, wallet, etc.)
  • Field sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with smartphone apps and mobile-based platforms
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in local language and English
